The Handbook on Business Policies and Procedures is a publication of the Office of the Vice President of Finance and Administration. Each Division within Finance and Administration provides the content of its Chapter of the Handbook, including statements of business policies, informative narratives of operational objectives and functions, descriptions of business procedures, and instructions for completing forms. The on-line edition of the Handbook is intended to be an up-to-date reference for University policies and procedures.
